Are you overwhelmed with sadness due to the death of a loved one?

Have you lost your job and no longer have the energy to keep looking for a new one?

Do you find yourself crying most of the day?

Are you thinking about killing yourself?

Are you sleeping too much and lost your appetite?

Have you felt “down in the dumps” for a long time?

Suffering loss of any kind is difficult and we all know that we will experience periods of sadness and grief throughout our life time.  Grief is a normal process and is not confined to a time line. However, if you experience feelings of depression or grief that are causing ongoing dysfunction in your daily life and you can’t seem to get back to your normal mood, you may need help.
