In the therapeutic process, Dr. Hollenbeck uses a combination of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients overcome and manage anxiety and depression, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy (a unique bi-lateral brain stimulation technique) to help people process their thoughts and emotions and heal from traumatic experiences and complex grief, along with Psychodrama, Art Therapy, and Talk Therapy. Dr. Hollenbeck helps individuals, couples, and families work through expected and unexpected life changes and transitions, and to heal from traumatic events and experiences that are often the source of mental distress and disorders.  Her own life experiences include healing from abuse and trauma so no matter what a person has survived in the past or what difficulty they are currently facing – she encourages them to believe that there is Hope for Healing that produces Harmony through counseling.

 

Dr. Hollenbeck’s extensive education and training is exemplary and is evidence of her commitment to helping her clients be successful.
