Crystal uses Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients overcome and manage anxiety and depression.  She is certified in EMDR Therapy, and uses this unique bi-lateral stimulation technique to help people process their thoughts and emotions. Crystal specializes in Relationships by helping individuals, couples, and families work through expected and unexpected life changes and transitions, and to heal from traumatic events and experiences that are often the source of mental distress and disorders.  Crystal’s own life experiences include healing from abuse and trauma so no matter what a person has survived in the past or what difficulty they are currently facing – she encourages them to believe that there is Hope for Healing that produces Harmony through counseling.

In addition to CBT and EMDR, Crystal is a Certified Sex Therapist and a facilitator for Prepare-Enrich Couples Counseling.  She provides pre-marital, marital, remarriage, and divorce recovery counseling for traditional and blended families.  She enjoys helping families create and implement their Family Plan to achieve the relational intimacy every family wants.
